- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆There is only one or two people helping at the teller Windows. They are nice and very polite althou if I have to go INTO a bank for only teller reasons I would like to spend less than 45 minutes. The lines are long and it takes forever to get to speak to a teller because sometimes even with 10-15 people waiting they only have one person's servicing one client at a time. You do see other walking around but know one ever comes to help and take another window. I understand it could be their protocol..... but when you have that many customers someone should be able to help.By Amber Patterson, October 11, 2016
